Have the practice runs at Jefferson memorial for January been decided yet? What dates are those practice runs?
Training runs, if any, are usually during the 3rd and 4th weekends of January and announced earlier in the month. However, they are not for certain each year as weather, trail conditions, JMF and other factors can change or cancel plans at any time. I will update the FAQs on any training runs if or when I'm aware of the details. Also check the Ultrasignup race description for LLTH in January for information.
Does anyone have a gpx file for this years course?

Chris, the most current .gpx files that I have are from Sept & Oct of 2025 -- see the course map pages for the 50k & 15m for the latest .gpx file links. Due to a foot injury, I won't have a more current 50k file posted before this years' event but possibly the 15m if the foot improves. Also, JMF is currently in the process of constructing numerous diversions/re-routes of the trails throughout the forest so that the trails are conforming to their most current standards (bypassing segments that they consider are too steep, too eroded or too technical). Most, but certainly not all the diversions are minor & not discernible from one .gpx file to another. Since the JMF changes are occurring nearly every week, any new .gpx file will be quickly outdated
