Race registration is open at the HeadFirst Performance official website for LLTH. The first 200 people who sign up for the
50k and the 15m will receive Buffs.

Ed, count on 2 from Illinois for the 50K....just keep the mud and ice away for this year.

where are the water points?
Water will be available at the aid stations & at the Finish. Aid stations are listed in the 2014 FAQ (link is in the side bar menu).
is the course well marked?
Yes.
The ice storm knocked down some of the trees & branches that the flagging was on so the trails have been re-marked as necessary. Check out the latest update.
